8 Ways To Kill Your Self-Esteem!

Here are 8 ways that are sure to kill your self-esteem, how many of them do you currently do and how do you feel about yourself due to of it? How often do you allow yourself to be you and how often do you let others in your life dictate your life story?

Put yourself down - when you have no believe that you able to do something that someone else's doing.
Hide away - you may be out with your mates but do they really cognize you or do you lock things away?
Always waits for things to happen - instead of getting out there and trying something new do you always delay for thngs to happen before you will try it?
Wont be yourself - when your trying to be the person that everyone else wants you to be instead of just being you.

Always comparing yourself - how often do you sit and think about how unlucky you are or stress over things that your mates have and you don’t?
Never accepts compliments - how often has someone complimented you for something you have done and how many times have you shrugged it off with an ‘its nothing’ speech?
Hate yourself - how many times a day do you stress over how ugly/un-important/disgusting/useless/etc you are?
Hang around with the wrong individuals - many people find it fun to make fun of imperfections - do your so-called mates do this to you? are you everyone’s punch bag?
This is not meant as a negative post, im not telling you completely to go and kick your self-esteem for 6, no, this post has a positive meaning and that is it is meant to show you how putting yourself down and being negative about who you are can affect you as a person.

Once your self-esteem has been killed it is a hard fight to re-build, however, if you can avoid doing the above and try and change your outlook on life from negative to positive your self-esteem will initiate to grow. Trust me it will.
