As you will need various weights to the exercises, I recommend getting a pair of adjustable dumbbells as they give you the flexibility to change weights from one exercise to the next.
Having access to a gym and to strength training machines will make following this program easier. You will just be able to do all of the exercises without having to worry about variations that suit your currently available equipment. It's not a must but it will be helpful.
Overall, Fat Burning Furnace ultimate is an excellent fitness and fat loss program. I believe, that like many others before you, that you can lose body fat with this plan and tone your body. Make sure you have the will to go through with this program and, I recommend, having at least the dumbbells to make it simple to do the workouts included.

Thoughts On How To Lose excess fat and love handles
If you want to be thin and sexy as you might want to think about how and why. Having more muscle versus fat is not only looking good, it's good for your health.
On the other hand there are women who are five, ten or more pounds over their ideal weight, but live happy, fulfilling lives, because they are not obsessed about every little piece, they simply enjoy life. They do not worry!
Think about it - which is to have a good life?
Weight is relative, it depends on your height, bone size and much more. It is closely related to how you view yourself .... if you like you will be attractive, radiant and happy, even if you are carrying a few books on the "ideal" weight.
Yes, this is true even if you have love handles!
Besides, who decides what is perfect anyway? Look back several hundred years, for example, and look at the paintings at the time. The women in these are now considered overweight in our eyes, but at the time they were deemed beautiful and sexy! ... and they were certainly the two love handles and stomach ..... bold
A good healthy body is one that has a low ratio of fat to muscle. Men usually have a higher muscle to fat ratio than women (unfair but a fact!) Because of the different hormones involved in body.
To be healthy long term, you should have a low fat percentage, a woman about 25 years would have about 25 percent body fat, while the same woman for 65 years could be over 45 per cent body fat!
If this woman exercises and avoids being a potato couch ", it could be much healthier than 30 percent, even 65 years ..... and then she probably does not need to get rid of love handles ... because it will not!

Fat is simply inert, no energy or nutrition, just a deposit "emergency" fuel for your body ... it is therefore logical to make a little fat and replace muscle tissue halthy place.
More muscle means more hormones, which means healthier skin, increased libido and more vital self. In short you need to build muscles!
