Thoughts On How To Lose excess fat and love handles

If you want to be thin and sexy as you might want to think about how and why. Having more muscle versus fat is not only looking good, it's good for your health.
On the other hand there are women who are five, ten or more pounds over their ideal weight, but live happy, fulfilling lives, because they are not obsessed about every little piece, they simply enjoy life. They do not worry!

Think about it - which is to have a good life?

Weight is relative, it depends on your height, bone size and much more. It is closely related to how you view yourself .... if you like you will be attractive, radiant and happy, even if you are carrying a few books on the "ideal" weight.

Yes, this is true even if you have love handles!

Growing more muscles and a lot more sense, since that in itself means that your body uses more calories - which means your body burns more calories in your food - in other words, lose weight. Plus, of course, muscles are sexier than fat ... and you feel better, you look attractive and sexy!

Fat is very different from the muscle tissue. It does not require oxygen, nor does business and it can not be repaired. All muscle tissue is capable of things. Fat is simply inert, no energy or nutrition, just a deposit "emergency" fuel for your body ... it is therefore logical to make a little fat and replace muscle tissue halthy place.

More muscle means more hormones, which means healthier skin, increased libido and more vital self. In short you need to build muscles!

Word about your excess fats are: location, location, location! When you save your fat is just as important as how many of the latter. Just about the worst place you can take fat is good around your middle. Big belly and love handles are examples of "bad" place.

If you're lucky to have a narrow waist and broad hips, you're much more likely to live longer and stay healthy. You have lower levels of "bad" cholesterol, for example.
