Cancer Prevention Through The Antioxidants

Antioxidants are substances or compounds essentially as vitamin C, vitamin E or beta carotene that protects cells from the harmful effects of oxidation. Foods such as cherries, strawberries, red grapes, sunflower seeds, spices, coffee, minus the milk, blackberries, blueberries, walnuts and ginger, these antioxidants in good quantities.
