The Top 5 Home Video Workouts

There were some great coaching on DVD. I have tried, or a number of them. Some training is not complete, since it was not for me. Everything was perfect for the others, but not a good way that I love. We are not talking. Let me tell you my top 5 favorite videos and exercises you say a little of each.
